Black bean noodles with kimchi and korean style miso sauce (similar to gochujang but with more tones of miso). This felt like the healthiest food I'd eaten in so long! And it tasted wonderful.

Vegan tacos from QUÉ PASA downtown in Kyoto, which has 2 locations. They contain refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, pickles and jalapeños and are really tasty. (Not a vegan restaurant, but they have some vegan dishes).
