I don’t normally buy vegan prepared meals as I am usually disappointed.  However, this was pretty good.  It had a nice texture and a decent amount of flavor.  I personally like spicy food so I added hot sauce.  The photo shows vegan cheeze but there wasn’t any.  I added my own, but it was tasty even without.  I would purchase again as a quick meal.  I got 2 servings out of it.
