I have been having a lot of new allergies and reactions over the past three years and I started taking this a few months ago and have noticed my reactions to my typical "summer allergies"  have been less intense this summer then the previous two summers. I do think this is in part to taking this supplement.

Barbecue Sauce

This bbq sauce is more tangy then sweet which is nice because you can add a little extra sweetener to it if you want it more sweet but if you want a tangy bbq sauce you can leave as is. I appreciate this as it adds to the versatility of this product.

Yes, it is vegan, sorry for the confusion! This place has a whole separate vegan menu and they use vegan meats and vegan cheeses from the herbivorus butcher.  I guess i am just used to talking about food with people who know i am vegan so i don't have to specify that it is a vegan product :)
