For those amongst us who still love our carbs, this seed loaf is really tasty and filling. It's Woolworths, so a bit expensive, but I'll definitely be buying it again.

Found this at my local coffee shop. Really good on it's own but sublime dipped in Humus. At R35 a bag, I think it's really value for money. Especially as it's imported.

When I received this I immediately figured it wouldn't last very long, but it is really filling. The taste is unusual, with a strong hit of cinnamon, but it is really delicious.

I usually order this to take away and only eat 2 slices and keep the third for later. The sourdough bread Is filling and so, so good. They also have great coffee with plant based milk.

All the benefits of red wine without the alcohol. I'm not a wine drinker but I discovered this de-alcoholised, vegan version and I love it.

Dark chocolate and coffee peanut butter. Does life get any better then this? I don't think so.

These are by far my favorite chips on the market. They're definitely not cheap, but you get a product that is Vegan, gluten free and less fat compared to other chips.
