I was challenged to find vegan friendly butter alternative in major large supermarkets
Was so happy to have come across this one in viva supermarket

Veganised version of the original that contained eggs
Replaced them with mushrooms
The dish also contains asparagus and cherry tomatoes that they forgot to add and I had to remind:D
