The taste is good I liked it, but it didn't recall me the Burrata one. Not properly cheap, but sometime can be bought.

The taste is very delicate, I am not sure it recalls me the taste of original stracciatella, but anyway is good. Nutritionally wise is not that inviting, very low in proteins as all the vegan cheese and fats high. Price not cheap, but from time to time I could buy it.

The last time I ate meat it was right a filet mignon in Sep. 2016. I don't miss the meat flavour, but when I've seen this new product in the fridge shelf I couldn't skip it. This is the first fake meat tried so far that really recalls me the original one. Flavour, texture, juiciness, everything is simply damn amazing! I'm sure that it can easily fool even an omnivore. 7.15 CHF in Sale promotion.

More fats (16 gr) than protein (14 gr), but the taste is good. Texture a bit mild, but chewable. Cooked it in a pan with oil, next time is gonna be on the grill.

I have never been a Quark consumer, but honestly this product has blown my mind! I fell immediately in love with texture and taste. High in protein for this kind of vegan product. I would eat it every day, the only issue is the price, not properly cheap.

Considering I was a fan of the original one, when I've seen this product in the fridge at Migros I could not believe my eyes. Having said that, the taste is not bad but I have found that garlic flavour was a bit too much, it's pretty invasive. The original one as well was with garlic I don't remember it that heavy in mouth. Probably mixed with something else can be better.

I liked it a lot. Very soft and delicate in the taste. Moreover ok in proteins and I like the weight (150 gr) that is not so common in Switzerland. 1.50 CHF (300 gr).🔝🔝🔝🔝

I wasn't a lover of original bacon, but this one I couldn't avoid the taste test. To be honest I liked a lot the taste and texture, but raw, because after having cooked a couple of slices in a pan few mins,  it become too dry and without the fat part of the product isn't so good. However nutritionally wise is super 🔝. 35.2 gr proteins and 2.1 gr fat. Top of the pop!!!

This is a full range of vegan pastries I could find in Peverelli. A round of applause for this pastry shop for being so vegan friendly. You can even find croissant with and without custard or jam inside and some savory pies and on request you can also have prepared vegan cakes. I liked the pastries, some more some a bit less, but surely you can't distinguish from the original ones.

Despite I liked the other product of this brand, this simil parmesan didn't finish to convince me. I guess it's too sweety and doesn't recall me the taste of the original one. It's a kind of too fresh to be like texture parmesan. I won't buy it again.
