This is one of my favorite dairy-free yogurts! I like the other flavors, especially the peach mango one, but I tend to go for the vanilla one more often as it gives me more options for toppings. Today I topped it with mini vegan chocolate chips and strawberries, SUCH a delicious combo! 🍫🍓 Other times though I like to add a crushed up Oreo or some granola to it. Overall I think this yogurt has a nice consistency and great flavor!

I LOVE these Good & Gather snack bars from Target! I wanted to give them a try because of the simple ingredients list (just dates, cashews, chocolate chips, and sea salt) but they exceeded my expectations and have become a staple in my pantry over the last few months. They’re pretty chewy and much less sticky than RXBARs and other competitors. There are also additional flavors to try if you’re not a chocolate person. I highly recommend!

My grocery store was out of Beyond Burgers, so I grabbed these to try as I was looking for another non-soy option. These Gardein burgers come frozen, so they don’t resemble raw meat as some other veggie burgers do and are much more firm in their shape. Once cooked, however, they have great texture! The taste is a little more plain compared to some other veggie burger brands, but in a way that gives you flexibility with toppings and condiments. I plan to buy more to have on hand in the freezer!

I love all Beyond Meat products and was so excited to see a new product of theirs at Target today! This jerky has such a great taste to it, and the texture and chewiness definitely resemble real beef jerky. I’ll be adding this to my snack rotation for sure!
