At an entirely vegan diner, the pancakes are a great choice, especially for picky eaters. Not very fluffy but the flavor makes up for it.

ORDER WITH NO AIOLI FOR VEGAN. Not many options on this menu but it was one of the only places open at the time and a girl needs her veggies. Next time I would go with the edamame hummus & grilled vegetable plate.
