#sustainable I tried today this new garden gourmet chicken like stripes, at the first look they look not great but they are actually good! I bought it at Auchan Portugal.

Tiras de frango mediterrânicas muito boas! Produto é semelhante à Heura mas gostei mais desta textura, comprei no continente.

Alheira vegan muito boa, tem mais a textura de chouriço mas o sabor é delicioso! Preço (+-3€).

I really like this new vegan butter from violife, it’s not the same as flora plant based one but yeah, as you know flora bought violife so that’s the new best spread in the market! Available in all big supermarket here in Portugal 🇵🇹 🧈

Maybe one of the best whole grain tortillas in the market here. I love to had them for some quick meals! Who doesn’t like a good taco or a burrito? 🙈

If you’re in Lisbon this is a must go, the place is not vegan but it got a vegan option. It’s like 8€ for a regular bowl and 10,50€ for a huge one with extra tofu! Love it 🥰
