One of my favourite things...  I love it.  The flavour is fantastic.

It was nice.  You can cook it in the oven or pan.  I used an oven, but maybe it needed a little bit more time. The texture was nice.

Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 8 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 7 minutes at 225°C.
