Silky smooth noodles coated in chilli oil with Chinese greens and a generous helping of diced garlic. Simple but so delicious. The noodles are wide and flat, similar to biang biang noodles, and the chilli oil is quite spicy.

Add vegan cheese and remove the basil pesto and buffalo mozzarella to veganise this pizza. The meaty Beyond Sausage contrasts nicely with the sweet caramelised onion and rich tomato base. A great pizza - would recommend!
