Tried these burger last week and they were really tasty! I haven't tried so many products of heura yet, i need to find more!
Tonight we tried this pieces, chicken-like.
We really enjoyed them, they do not taste totally as chicken (which is a good thing for me) yet the texture is really similar.
This is the dish with which i fell in love of this restaurant. I came back many times to have it again yet never found it, there were only some variations as with the orecchiette instead of pici.

This was a dish created at the moment for us as the main dish chosen by my boyfriend was not available. It was very tasty, mushrooms were perfect. Still consider that there were different other vegan first courses.
The zuppa di legumi of the day was with chickpeas. It was very good yet a lot! I am still completely full after hours that I ate..
This was a side dish which we took together with the starter, a plate of beans with truffle, very good!
It is called "vegetarian starter" yet it is vegan! There were 2 bruschette, potatoes and vegetables. The mushrooms were FANTASTIC.
