This is a #[soy](hashtag-5b762937f949e228c5d14422)-based version of “pulled” or “shredded”  beef. It is a great #[meatsubstitute](hashtag-5d563c7f3344b6b8c971b1d9) for like tacos, burritos or sandwiches. Flavor was good though I prefer the Caribbean version that we had tried before, is tastier, but this one was pretty good too. These products are easy to prepare and versatile. 
It’s from the same brand I used to buy most of my daily proteins in #[costarica](hashtag-5cac988533a3a9efa98e411f), La Jama Vegana, which is a local brand and they have their own restaurant which is of my favorite ones in Costa Rica. I love their products and highly recommend them!
This one was good value because it’s a lot of “meat” and it was maybe like $8-9. 
Package is made from recyclable material and it’s very simple because it’s a small company, but it’s ok!

All from one of my favorite vegan restaurants in #[costarica](hashtag-5cac988533a3a9efa98e411f). Value is great, at it like $10 and portions are great, it even comes with a drink! Recommend this dish and would have it again!

They are from a local company that is 100% #plantbased and they sell the most delicious products. There 4 pack was about $10 or less if I remember correctly. I thought it was good value as they’re big and tasty. Packaging is very simple and nothing special but it doesn’t matter, good quality product would buy anytime.

This is a #falafel #wrap from a cute and cozy Costa Rican cafe in downtown San José. It was very good, with many different flavors from the hummus, the falafel, and the veggies! It was huge and it comes with homemade fries, I recommend it! 
I don’t remember how much it was but I think close to $9 which to me is good value for the amount of food and it was yummy!

But I was happy with my dogs and they were happy with me and playing in the park 💞💞
