Complete amino acid, it does its job as source of vegan proteins. A bit sweet but it tastes good in my smoothies with almond milk and a banana after my Workouts.
Excellent source of meat free protein. Good as a veggie burger too or cut in cubes it can used like nuggets.
Tasty soya dessert, very light. I love it with puffed rice in it.
Downside too much plastic in the packaging.
Great alternative to pecorino cheese, great product for my vegan "cacio e pepe" recipe.
I love it in my summer rice and pasta salads or on its own as well.
