What stands out for me with this chili are the main ingredients, the various beans and corn. Goes great with pasta, rice, or even just by itself.
When I looked at the ingredients list, I figured out that “boo ha” is short for “kumboocha”. I also saw that the manufacturer claims that the sugar used in making the drink mostly disappears in the fermentation process.
Mozzarella is such an important cheese. So, I’m glad to see plant-based pioneers giving it a go. In this case, id say close but no cigar.

Nice combination of hard crust and soft topping. My main suggestion is more oregano and bigger crust at the end.
I bought it because it said “no added sugar”. Sooo many other granolas add sugar or similar ingredients.
One suggestion is that this wasn’t easy to open and reseal.
