Microwaveable shelf-stable side dish. Easy to make, moist texture with a bland taste. A little sour aftertaste. Herbs it sauce added would improve the taste. Costco sells 6 packs for approx $10.

I tried this meal kit from Costco as an alternative to wheat pasta. Easy to prepare and very tasty. I would drain oil from casserole dish next time before adding zucchini noodles- a bit mushy. Price reasonable at $8.99 based more
