Was looking for vegan feta, tried this but is definitely not my favorite. It's too wet and melty to be like feta. Also has a somewhat sweet taste. I've been told to put it in the freezer, thaw it and press the water out. more

Great taste and melts rather well if mixed with other watery foods. If placed in the oven with nachos it hardens instead of melting. A bit pricy.
Very tasty, still a bit too much salmiak taste for me, but better than the mocha latte. I love creamy ice coffee so for this one the same requests as the mocha latte, make it a bit more creamy and dial down on the salmiak taste!

Great taste, but not equivalent to the animal variant. Tastes a bit like cheese. But if you don't compare it to its animal variant, it has a great taste and can be used in a variaty of dishes and sandwiches!
