The photo is after I took a bite, sorry. This is an odd one. Red beetroot bun with Two thick slabs of tempura tofu supported by slaw, aioli, sweet chilli and a side of chips. Tempura Tofu on its own is a bit tasteless like straight tofu however the blend of all the ingredients works. It sort of messes with you in a good way. Was a great and unexpected find with good coffee too. The chips for breaky was a twist I'll skip next time. Will be back for this one.

This is sooo good. It makes a salad come to life and great on a pizza. Mix it through pasta for extra creaminess and add it to toasties. I need to buy shares in this company given how much we consume.

The Ambitious Act

OK, so I stole the pic from their website, but it looks just like what I got! It was a smashing good "burger" made with Jackfruit. The slaw had crunchy apple and it just all blended well.
Almost everything on the menu is vegan ( a few egg dishes).
Oh, and the coffee was good too.
