The absolute best hot sauce to put on anything and everything! My guesses for spice levels are 8/10, or 3/10 for super spice lovers. A staple in my house and also at Bad Tattoo Brewing!
They have a rotation of cheesecakes from Gratify, Penticton. This one is a Lemon Swirl Cheesecake. Hands down better than any other cheesecakes that I've tried, locally made and oh so yummy!!!
The perfect appetizer for 2! Switch their honey mustard sauce for their vegan pesto. Delicious, especially paired with one of their vegan sour beers!

Great in fish tacos or by itself! Tastes enough like breaded white fish that it satisfies my fish cravings for now. Need different types in the future.
Tried as "bacon bits" in a roll. By itself, when crunchy, its not the best, but worked really good for the roll. Also tried it as a bacon strip, flavour was good, texture was like a deli meat, not bacon.
