Use a small splash when making curries or soups to add a smoked flavour. Sprinkle a little over tempeh when frying it to give an added umami quality. I bought mine from the uproar vegan store online.
The veg dishes at Little Africa are excellent! All of the veg dishes are vegan (one dish on the menu mentioned ghee but the owner said it was outdated). The platter is great value and you get a selection of all dishes served more

My amazing partner bought this cake for our 4 year anniversary. Isher have a range of cakes which can be made vegan. The cake is especially light and fluffy and the icing is light and similar to dairy free cream in a can. more
