Tasty and crispy. I had mine with guacamole and they were perfect. I think they would be nice with hummus or vegan cream cheese instead of bread sandwiches. Also they're gluten free.

I used this grated cheese in my tuna mornay (future tvna) and it was really good! Tasted quite real, not coconutty. I used it in the white sauce and also on top, very successful!
