The bagel was super good! The tofu preparation reminded very much in appearance and taste scrambled eggs. Perfect way to make a tofu bagel/sandwich tasty!

The sandwich or bun is quite tasty and especially very nutritious and proteic. That’s definitely a big plus!! It’s difficult to find good proteic vegan sandwiches
Tasty, good in burgers and of course with sauces. Alone it’s a bit dry
If you eat it with focaccia or schiacciata or any tasteful bread or in a sandwich is actually really good but alone doesn’t have so much of a taste

It’s biologic and 100% juice so that’s good! But in my opinion it’s really too sweet...
