Finallyyyy tracked down some vegan marshmallows for my winter hot chocolates! Love these little mini vanilla mallows from Dandies. They melt perfectly and make drinks feel special.

We used Miyoko's to make a veganized version of these little Danish cakes (and to spread on top of them right out of the oven). Perfect substitute when baked goods call for butter. 🧈 #ditchdairy #baking

I'll be honest, this wasn't my favorite. I really wanted to like it, but it was super thick and kind of a funky texture. In the future I would probably choose to stick with something like a GoMacro bar.
