This one is made using Futuro Burger. It’s a very good option here in Goiânia. You can add vegan bacon, ham slice and tofu. I really love this burger and this place! 💚

A very good vegan burger option in Brazil! The taste is amazing! The vegan cheddar is a little spicy, perfect! It’s expensive but worth it.

herbimetal @brbreno yeah man, it really takes a lot to follow this lifestyle. Even in places where vegan food is abundant most people may still think that way. Have you let your family try the Futuro burger and do they like it? Reply

brbreno @herbimetal everyone that tried Futuro Burger love the taste.. it’s really good! But here people don’t see animals as someone.. they just see animals as objects and food. Sad but true 😪Reply

Make sure to eat a balanced diet too - I’ve become much more conscious about nutrition on my vegan journey. It’s very important to supplement vitamin B12, and often vegan vitamin D3 as many people don’t get enough of it.Reply
brbreno @herbimetal you are right!! This is so important! When I became vegan I heard that we have to supplement B12 and other vitamines. I have a nutritionist that help me with that. I’m supplementing B12, D, A, C, Iron and other vitamines. Thank you for your concern! 💚Reply
herbimetal @brbreno that’s great it’s really important. I know someone who went into dementia when she was very deficient in B12 and now she really emphasises how important it is. She’s ok now.Reply

This is not vegan friendly restaurant and this is the only vegan option. Seems like they have this option just to say that they have one vegan option in the menu (better than nothing). It’s a quinoa burger, lettuce, tomato more
