This is a high quality protein that is closest to be perfect (only is not because it is in a plastic bag). Difficult to find near to me butbi was lucky to get it. Definitely highly recommended.
Its delicious even it has some artificial flavor similar to others but easy to eat 4 or 5 in a raw. I like it enough or buy it again and again even Is a little bit small.
