These are so WEIRD and DELICIOUS. Fries made out of chickpeas!!! Soooo crispy on the outside, kind of fluffy on the inside - such an interesting texture! A bit spicy and very very good. A must-try!

VP never disappoints! Had this pizza at the Vegans of UBC club social. Super delish with pesto, mushrooms, caramelized onion, vegan sausage, and cashew mozza. Mm!

As always, loved the vegan food at Saigon. I never finish a meal here, they give you so much food. This dish was very simple and delicious: tofu in sauce, lettuce/veg, rice noodles

Sooo impressed! This smoothie bowl was so creamy with the avocado and so filling! The granola was a bit too sweet but overall I would totally recommend getting a smoothie bowl for a meal
