I really love this soup. It makes dinner so satisfying. All I need to do is stir fry veggies and tomatoes then add a cup of water.

Home-made egg noodles with stir-fired veggies. Very typical Shanxi recipe.
The texture of the fried chicken is special. Honestly not very ideal but not bad for a soy-based dish.
