Review of Earthling Pasta at Sanook Eatery by eat-plants

With apologies for the terrible photo that does the dish no justice (the restaurant has great atmosphere lighting, which my phone camera can't cope with), this was such an impressive dish.
Perfectly cooked pasta in a decadent, creamy (almond-based) sauce with mushrooms and broccoli, that I could only describe as earthy. Deep and rich, without being heavy, goodness knows how they make this, but it is superb.

Someone described this as the best dish in the restaurant (which has some pretty fierce competition on their menu) and I must agree.

It's a big portion but you won't want to leave anything on your plate.
