Review of All Bran Buds - Kellogg by theveglife

I have these bran buds a few times a week whenever I have a yogurt bowl for breakfast. It's really high in fiber from the bran and psyllium husk, as well as a decent source of other vitamins as per the nutritional label.

My breakfast bowl today contained vanilla coconut yogurt, chia seed gel, apple, blueberries, cinnamon and bran buds.

I buy this jumbo sized box from costco and it usually lasts me 2 months or so since only have small servings
