Review of Vegan Fish Head Vermicelli Soup at Idealite @ e-Gate by david-

A soy based broth flavored with ginger meets tomatoes, tofu and vermicelli. Comes with three salad leaves, fried mushrooms and fried eggplant (both not pictured cause I forgot lol). The broth was flavorful but I did add some salt. Love that the place used healthy and organic ingredients! No clue how authentic this tasted but it was delicious. Got it delivered and replated it at home
