Beautiful Japanese raindrop cake with a sakura flower embedded inside! Taste-wise it was basically agar agar jelly with a tangy fruity aroma from the plum vinegar syrup. Pity there was a slight dent in ours but it was still quite aesthetically pleasing! ($5) #sgvegan #chinesefood #sgdessert
