Review of parmesan cheese - Vemondo by isettina73

I wanted to try it despite the plastic appearance but I was a bit disappointed. It smells like cheese but it tastes a lot like coconut fat. When open, it tends to dry out very quickly and it becomes crumbly and difficult to grate. I won't buy it again, despite the good price.
