You want the good news?! This juicy, hearty Vegan steak is a winner!! It's tender, soft, and delicious. Very filling! It's made from seitan and jackfruit, plus it has a ton of umami flavors from mushrooms. It has got mean smoky flavor and chew. The bad news - The Very Good Butchers filed for bankruptcy on April 28, 2023. I'm running back to Meijer to buy the rest of this aHHmazing product. 😭
