Review of Kale - Cal-Organic Farms by iszy
I'm glad that my taste buds have matured and I enjoy kale now. I usually get dino kale, but thought I'd try the traditional variety this time to make kale moochim (Korean dressed kale) and my usual cold udon noodle salad. Blanching it makes it much easier to eat. I found I blanched it a bit too long for the kale moochim and it lost its structure. I blanched for a much shorter time for the noodles and it held its shape and texture much better!
