Fermented soybean

Natto is a fermented soybean. Traditional Japanese food. I read it a lot in the internet and happy to finally find it.
You can buy only one spot in Berlin the Smartdeli sushi and more. Have a lot of type or taste. They keep it a fridge. Before you want to eat just put out from fridge and wait 2-3 hours. Dont dry or put in the microwave cause kill the healthy bacteria! Eat it raw!
Its a really strange taste it! A bit salty and slippery. Was 4-5 euro dispens which tipe you buy.
