This was absurdly spot on! I had read about it being amazing, so when I saw it on sale, I had to try it. So glad I did! I used to love brie. Although it has been several years since having the dairy version, I'm pretty sure this is the closest vegan option out there. The rind is ridiculous and the centre is so creamy. Just wow.
