Saved 80%saw it on sale, I had to try it. So glad I did! I used to love brie. Although it has been several years since having the dairy version, I'm pretty sure this is the closest vegan option out there. The rind is ridiculous and the centre is so creamy. Just wow.
lot of money on yucky vegan cheeses that just don't taste right or even good! This brie has an exterior that is identical to dairy brie, and the interior part is very creamy and delicious, but a slightly different texture to dairy brie, but not different in a bad way! Just less sticky/gooey. It is EXTREMELY enjoyable, tasty and absolutely worth the high price tag, since there is nothing else in the market that comes remotely close! I may even like it more than dairy brie, all things considered! All this to say that it is definitely worth taking a chance on trying this brie! I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
