I was a bit worried about this pie crust because it said to bake it from frozen and I was worried it would be soggy or under baked, but it seemed to turn out okay. I used this to make a pumpkin pie for #veganthanksgiving and cooked from frozen as instructed. The crust turned out solid but it was weird because it was a bit translucent and I'm not sure why that is because I don't make pie like ever.
It would be pretty cool if the plastic packaging could be flipped to be a lid for a baked pie but it doesn't.
