Review of Bak Kwa Signature Chilli Flavor - makan vegan by xinru-t

I remember the first time my family started eating chilli bak kwa some years ago... This tastes like what I remembered! I still like the original traditional flavour the most; nonetheless this signature chilli version is pretty addictive! Also a little reminiscent of the Makan Vegan chilli sauce that they also sell at the Bak Kwa shop. The texture is of course great as with the original flavour. Perfectly chewy yet tender with slightly crispy charred edges - made using Omni mince meat so there is a great mouthfeel. (Not to mention the fact that Omni mince meat is high in protein and fibre; plus low in carbs, fat, and calories!)
