Versatile organic apple cider vinegar, great for cooking, salads or even baking. Made from locally sourced organic apples. Unfortunately, many vinegars are not vegan as they are often filtered through gelatine, but this one is labeled vegan so thankfully this is not the case here. Bought at the online shop violey.com.
