baking. Made from locally sourced organic apples. Unfortunately, many vinegars are not vegan as they are often filtered through gelatine, but this one is labeled vegan so thankfully this is not the case here. Bought at the online shop violey.com. Price 3,19 €.

Yes i eat a lot of salads 🤣 and i love sour dressings. This apple

cider vinegar tastes good but for my personal preference it is too mild. But if you're searching for a mild vinegar, i would definitely recommend to try this one out! It is made out of german apples and it's organic. The price is about € 3,80.
