VEGAN

Alnatura

Use this stuff instead of minced meat, since it has a high protein content and a similar corn-size. That way have a close to unprocessed vegan alternative to it. It tastes a bit bitter though. But I still like the taste.

Other positive points:
-All the other brands sell the same product more expensive
-Made from Lupins from the European Union
-Only packaged in a plastic bag (as opposed to products that have an unnecessary cardboard box around it
-can be kept for very long without cooling (around a year)

lucthelucky Where did you buy it? As of taste, do you think is better than soya granules?Reply
letsgetit I use to buy it at the Alnatura-Store in Solothurn. I've never tried soya granules. But I think soya granules taste better as they're less bitter.Reply
lucthelucky I like soya granulated for the Bolognese sauce, but it let always that sweetish aftertaste that bothers me a bit, thus it might be that slightly bitter taste of lupins, is the righe balance for my mouth😜TYReply
letsgetit Yeah try it. It's healthy so you can't do anything wrong. Just don't forget to cook it before eating hehe (My father did that mistake and got some temporary digestive issues)Reply
