Mindblowingly delicious creamy truffle white sauce made using oats! Thick, rich, and umami, yet not cloying. Really exquisite and a must-try; I literally ate up every last drop of the sauce. Served with chewy Japanese Nama udon noodles, shiitake mushrooms, edamame soybeans, and shredded nori. (Allium-free, $12.90)
