Review of Mint Chocolate Cookie - Ben & Jerry's by triciaa

Ben & Jerry’s makes the best vegan ice cream for my taste buds. I have others that I like but B&J go above and beyond with creamy ice cream base and globs of goodies. I really like texture in my ice cream so that is a huge plus for me. The flavors POP! This mint is no exception. You will find some huge cookie pieces in there too. They’re kind of like an Oreo but with a softer texture, no crunch. Did I mention it’s delicious?!! It is BUT the calorie content is soooo high even for a dessert. I feel like if those cookies were just a bit smaller maybe we could dial that down a notch. 😅 As an occasional sweet treat, it’s a ‘worth it’ for me!
