Review of One Whole Organic Spaghetti Squash - Solely by ddelly
I love the idea of having shelf stable produce, but this cooked up much more stringy than fresh. I will keep it as back up for when I am out of produce, but I'm not sure I will buy it again. Edit: I used more of this and followed the alternate directions of soaking for 2 hours instead of boiling. After that I added it to my cooked sauce and heated through. The texture was MUCH better this way.
