Heat oil in the pan. Fry at medium heat 8 minutes and turn regularly.

Heat in a pre-heated oven for 7 minutes at 225°C.

Filetto No-Salmon

Holy SHIT guys!!!! This is insane!!! I feel like I’m eating salmon, the taste, the texture, the way it cooks and crisps. A new staple for sure, and decent for £3 two fillets. 

Salmon is one of the only things I missed a lot going vegan, now I don’t have to miss it. Vivera pat yourselves on the back!! And everyone get to Tesco
