I absolutely LOVED this!!!! Absolutely delicious seitan mock duck. I cooked it from frozen in the pan (will probably defrost it first next time haha) and seasoned it with a bit of salt and pepper before drowning it in thick teriyaki sauce and it was amazing. It got a crispy ‘skin’ and the inside is super meaty and fatty - which I personally love.
