Review of Nashville hot chicken fries at Wolfie's Hot Chicken - Highland Park by paniwilson

The food here seems pretty good but there is definitely room for improvement with the food and service.
This dish has Nashville Chicken on fries with cole slaw and sauces. I got this dish and it was pretty dry and on a different day I ordered the Loaded Buffalo Fries and they had so much sauce that they were super soggy. Some consistency would be great, and if they could find a way to put enough sauce that's the fries aren't too dry (or too smothered), that would be awesome!
The service was also pretty bad, but that's a whole other story!
This place has a lot of potential and I really think they could #tryharder
