Review of Plant-Based Whopper at Burger King by herbimetal
So happy to see Burger King 🍔 offer a vegan hamburger 🍔 now! It's finally becoming mainstream. Omit the mayo to veganize, this can be done using the machine but you can order at the counter to add mustard. I got a fright for a bit when the burger packaging said "with cheese" but luckily it didn't have cheese. I found it dry even with the ketchup and mustard inside and added more ketchup. It apparently varies a bit. Patty is from the Vegetarian Butcher I think. My friend felt regular beef would be healthier since it isn't processed, idk about that. Use code GETPLANTBASED to get this 1 for 1 till 26 Jan. Note they use the same grill as the meat patties.

flouredfingers I get this from time to time as well, when I feel like junk food..I wish they make it a bit better with vegan cheese or mayo at least.. otherwise it's tasty 😋2 likesReply

fulfilling Yes, Singapore is lagging behind Europe. Definitely have room for improvement. We will get there ❤️1 likeReply
flouredfingers Not everywhere.. in BG it's still not vegan 😑1 likeReply
herbimetal Whoa serious? I'd expect mayo at most places to not be vegan, even from vegetarian restaurants. I will ask them at veg restaurants 1 likeReply
david- Let me correct myself: the mayo on the vegan burgers is vegan. There is still regular mayo available at BK but the vegan option exists!Reply
