My first taste of Eritrean and Ethiopian dishes with a type of sour bread all made by a lady here and the gentleman serving me using recipes passed down through family generations.

Absolutely amazing.
I really enjoyed each dish, the spices, textures and portion amount was just right. They had the most appealing aroma.
Very friendly service.

I had the most amazing experience at Charter Hall Vegan Festival today and am very grateful for people travelling to visit our community and sharing their culinary skills.

missykab How awesome! I hope you had a great time too? It really was very nice. 😋😊Reply
plumesworld I love Ethiopian food! The bread is called injera and it's made by fermenting a grain called teff, hence the sour taste. 1 likeReply
